- Minimum Rental Period 7 nights

2012 Fees - Saturday to Saturday
- € 2,000.00 per week - June 30/September 1
- € 1,800.00 per week - May 19/June 30 and September 1/September 22 as well as December 22/January 5 2013
- € 1,500 per week January 7 to May 19 and September 22 to December 22
- Long term off season: 2,000 per month, plus utilities
We require a 30% reservation deposit due immediately.
The balance must be paid no later than one month before arrival.
A security deposit of €700 is required at the start of rental. This will be returned no later than eight days after departure, upon completion of a house inspection.
Cancellation Policy is 30 days. The full deposits will be reimbursed minus a €50 booking fee. For reservations cancelled within less than 30 days, the deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Included in this price are linens, mid-week and end of stay cleanings as well as a personalized welcome by our local house keeper to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
